About the hat:

Wild and exotic.  "Evocateur" is a freeform styled hat lovingly sculpted with a felted mix of wools.  An asymmetrical delight.  A crown of feathers, accented with a another mix of fibers in a pale grey and ochre, travels the right side of this hat, while the left side is left simple.  The top of the hat carries through with the design, with the grey and ochre needle felted into the crown.   A fused glass button by Bonnie Maresh accents the front.  Every part of this hat is handmade.

"Evocateur" will fit well on a variety of head sizes.  She is currently shown on a mannequin head that measures 21" (53.3 cm).  My head measures approx. 24", with all my hair, and she fits wonderfully.  If you have a question about sizing, please measure your head around the largest part and send me your measurements.  I will check to make sure that this hat will fit you.

This wearable piece of art is one of a kind.  Meant to be viewed, admired and followed by the crowd.
