"Mandy" Hat - Cloche Series
A 1920's Vintage adaptation, this Cloche has an incredible amount of attitude. From haughty to playful, it can be worn by anyone that is willing to take the step.
The finest wool felt makes this Cloche lightweight. The base of the hat is machine sewn while the embellishments are all added with hand-stitching. Done in a cream color (closer to oatmeal then to snow), embellished with a bronze, black, taupe and cream beauiful woven Deco pattern. The side embellishment was created by me. A black, taupe & cream fringed base, with beading in bronze and black, finished with a vintage button from my collection.
The mannequin head is 21", I have a 24" diameter and the hat fits, but is snug. I would recommend no larger than 23". If you have a question regarding the sizing, please measure your head around the largest part with a tape measure and email me with those measurements. There are no returns with any of my headwear, so please take the time to do this. I will let you know if this hat will fit you. The hat can be worn as a usual cloche, pulled low over the eyes or it can be worn standing taller. It can also be worn with the fringe embellishment in the back.
